Return Policy
This only applies to Valvin products purchased via this website that is within warranty. Valvin products purchased in a store or on another website must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Please email your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request to info@floodingsensors.com. Please include the invoice number and the reason for return.
General Return Policy
- Product must be in its original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by HGI Inc.
- Product must be returned via a shipper that can track packages.
- The shipping fee is non-refundable. The shipping costs for returning a product, as well as insurance, should responsible for paying by the buyer.
- A valid RMA number must accompany the return and be visible on the outside of the returned package. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected and returned at buyer’s expense.
- If the product is returned within the initial 30 days for refund or credit must be complete. Failure to return all product will result in a partial refund or credit.
- All shipping discrepancies must inform HGI Inc. within three (3) business days of receipt of shipment.
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error.
We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:
- Any item that is returned after the 30 days grace period.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged or is missing parts.
- Please note that HGI Inc. reserves the right to reject any Product(s) that are not returned in accordance with the provisions set out above.
- We suggest you read the complete return policy before you make your purchase.
